His major work expereriences include  Melaka Power Plant, MRT Sentul West, Ulu Jelai HEP, Kerian HEP and  Hulu Terengganu HEP in Malaysia; Mong Ton HEP in Myanmar; Nam Poui HEP in Laos; Magwagwa HPP in Kenya; Yandera HPP in PNG and Roseires Dam Heightening Project in Sudan.

Mr. Raju Shrestha: Mechanical Engineer
Master of Science by Research in Mechanical engineers – 2010 and Bachelor’s inMechanical engineering – 1998 from Kathmandu University, Kavre, Nepal.Raju has worked as Mechanical Engineer in hydropower sector, academic field,industry and project management representing client, contractor and consultant.
He was involved in hydropower, water supply and wastewater treatment projectsfor study, component / system design & drawing, project development,rehabilitation and research.His major work experiences include working as Sr. Mechanical Engineer for 2115. Rufiji Hydropower Project in Tanzania; Electro-mechnical Design Engineer for Kollannawa Canal DiversionScheme in Sri Lanka; Team Leader for Naghlu Hydropower Rehabilitation Project in Afghanistan; MechanicalEngineer for Neckartal dam project in Namibia; Mechanical Engineer for Melamchi Water Supply Project,Upper Tamakoshi HEP, Rasuwagadhi HEP, Middle Bhotekoshi HEP in Nepal; Mechanical Engineer for KCC Engineering and Contracting in Kuwait and Project Manager for Turbine Testing Laboratory in KathmanduUniversity, Nepal.

Master of Science in Construction Management. Binod has 19 years’ experience in successfully design and construction of medium to large infrastructure projects including roads, dams, bridges, tunnels, rail, bulk earthworks, hydropower and
water management projects.
His major work experiences include Airport Link Rail project in Australia, 42.5 MWSanjen HEP, 70 MW Middle Marsyangdi HEP and 144 MW Kali Gandaki HEP in Nepal, 690 MW Karahnjukar HEP in Iceland and Royal Park Residence Project in Kazakhstan.

Mr. Rajendra Lal Shrestha: Electrical Engineer (Powerhouse and Transmission Line)

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Yeungnam University, South Korea -2011 and Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Institute of Engineering, PulchowkCampus Tribhuvan University, Nepal – 1999.He is an Electrical Engineer – Hydropower; in the field of industry and projectmanagement representing client and consultant. He was involved in variousprojects and Plants related to Hydropower and Transmission for study, component/ system design & drawing, project development, operation and maintenance. Hegot work experience in different countries as Nepal and India.His major work experiences include 25 MW Upper Dordi A HEP, 51 MW Likhu 1 HEP, 102 MW MiddleBhotekoshi HEP, 22 MW Chilime HEP and 132 kV transmission line for Tallo Khare Kohla HEP.
