Kharidhunga Village Reconstruction, Dolakha

Kharidhunga Village in Dolakha was designed to support safer rural living through improved settlement planning and resilient housing. The project formed part of a post-earthquake educational and community revitalization programme supported by SOS Children’s Villages International.

The architectural concept prepared by Mistry Architects, Bangalore, emphasized disaster preparedness, community participation, and long-term sustainability. Wangla Engineering and Developers implemented the works using local workforce teams, supported by Darshan Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. (DCS).
