Wangla Residency is conceived as an integrated mixed-use community combining residential accommodation with hospitality, healthcare, retail, training, recreation, and community facilities. The concept aims to support daily living, work, learning, and social participation within a single development.

Wangla Engineering is the project proponent, with Darshan Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. (DCS) serving as the design and engineering expert. Conceptual development began in 2024, and work continues on master planning, engineering layouts, service integration, mixed-use zoning, and the project’s financing structure.
